• Wellness Center offers residents practical health education and enrichment activities designed to improve health behaviors. Some of the services offered by The Medical Team Personal Care Services nurse at no cost include:
- "Converse with a Nurse" so residents can discuss health issues in an informal setting
- Regular health screenings
- Health Education Classes on topics such as fall prevention, diabetes and depression
• Personal Care Services are available to help residents with personal care and the activities of daily living and include:
- Monthly Care Packages (medication reminders, homemaking assistance, personal care assistance, homemaking & personal care)
- Hourly Private Duty
- A la Carte Services
